District Ventures Plus is looking for a Project Manager to help build our Partner’s brands. We want someone with integrity, attention to detail, and more than anything else, an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving. As a member of District Venture’s marketing team, you will contribute by keeping track of projects, helping allocate resources, tracking financial status and assisting the marketing team stay on-course.
You will be accountable and responsible for supporting the marketing team in:
Reconciling capital and operational budgets
Resource co-ordination and allocation
Projects and portfolio status reporting
Measuring project key performance indicators (KPIs)
Creating dashboards and project templates
Financial forecasting and reporting
Organizing project artefacts
In addition, the Project Manager will assist Brand Managers in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure activities.
Required skills and experience:
We are looking for applicants with strong skills and enthusiasm, and a desire to learn, grow and add value to our team.
A high aptitude to learn all aspects of project coordination Excellent communications and listening skills
Superior writing skills, with high attention to detail
A collaborative and engaging demeanour, with a willingness to share ideas, assist others and accept feedback from agency leaders and clients
A knack for success and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Completion of a post-secondary arts, business, marketing, or communications-related degree
CPG experience is considered an asset
